Length of the rod = 12 meters.

Therefore rod weight = D^{2}L/162

= (10)^{2} × 12/162

= 1200/162 = 7.407 kg.

### 10mm rod weight per bundle

To calculate the rod weight per bundle we have to know how many 10mm rod comes in a bundle. 8 rods come in a bundle. There are so many methods to calculate rod weight in 1 bundle. But we will use the easiest way.

We know the 1 piece 10 mm steel bar weight and there are 8 pieces in 10mm rod bundle.

1 piece 10mm steel bar weight = 7.407 kg.
